• Use of quality materials, such as Stainless steel (SS 304), UHMWPE, polyacetals, and plastic modular belts of PP.
• Tensile / Load strength is approx 600-1,200 kg for plastic straight-run belts
• Width & pitch is up to 2,500 mm, standard width is also 750 mm for plastic straight-run
• Bending/Side flex radius for side-flex plastic modular belts: approx 2.6 × belt width.
• Plate thickness for slat chains is 3mm to 4mm, with widths, e.g., 7.5″ (190.5mm) for certain chains.
